Melissa Gillund HELPS YOU MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Hi, I am Melissa Gillund! I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 and was one of the first people to join Beyond Realty!  I began my real estate career working in a real estate office and I learned the business from the ground-up, working all facets from answering the phones to marketing. After a year in the office I had the itch to get my license and I transitioned to a full-time agent. 

Since I began my career, I have been continually working to better serve my clients and I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the e-PRO Certified (Certified Internet Professional) certification and the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation. I also am a Dave Ramsey Endorse Local Provider (ELP). I am a firm believer in Dave's financial advice and have followed his programs myself. I also hold a broker associate license.

My favorite client story: There are so many good ones! But a memorable one was when I got to help out with a surprise engagement on closing day!

I am originally from Milwaukee, WI and my family moved to Watertown, SD when I was 10. I graduated from Minnesota State University-Moorhead in 2006 with a degree in photo and print journalism. I spent a year attending California State University Northridge and a summer semester living and working in Italy!  I live in South Fargo with my husband Mike and our kids - Cole, Evie, Kate & Riley.
